Yes, I think it is a good machine. Put 7000 hr on Massey 750 and traded (scrapped ) it for an 8560. No real bells and whistles on it compared to all the other NEW ones. The rotor reverses only to " rock back ond forth " out a plug up and if the front beater plugs you get the wrench out. But, for about 1000 to 1200 acres a year of all crops it is a good basic machine. I put in a peterson chaffer ( maybe a new seive next year). It is probably a little underpowered but it has real good capacity. Generally compared to the 750 it is real easy to work on and quite simple mechanically. The updated two speed rotor would be nice but I don't think it is worth buying unless the old single speed packs it in. In general, I really like the machine especially when price it compared to other used m,achines was considered.
