I always struggled with the same problem. I assume you have the diverter panels adjusted to evenly load the seivesIJ My final solution came when I installed an air-foil chaffer. This fixed the problem for me. If you also run soybeans, you might want to put the standard chaffer back in to prevent green pods in the grain tank.

We have set panels but the left side still has more load as it comes of rotor. Seem like we should be able to run at 3.0 mph or fasterIJIJ How fast do others runIJ

looking; I put St. John's welding's rotor mods on my rotor last year and got the same leftside overloading. I'm going to put an adjustable diverter under the concave so the grain has to go to the middle of the seives. hope this will work, case_ih has been doing this for years. Neil

We have wanted to put something under the concave to divert also! Is this something you are going to make or can you buy itIJ We are going to put a wind board in also to try to put more air at the front of the sieves. Ken

We'll have to make it, we run an airfoil chaffer so I don't think putting a wind board in would help us. Neil
