It may or may not have the new beater if it was added.It does not have constant speed rotor,the electric clutch on the left side is smaller and the engine is different.Its not electronic fuel and not air to air.The radiater screen is belt drive.And there are some things different on a early and late 8780.My 8780 was a 98 and my 8780xp was a 2002.I think there were some other things but thats all my brain can come up with now. good luck
