The turn signals do flash at a slilghtly faster rate than the hazard lights on both my AgCo tractors. 6810 White which should be the same as your 8785 and also lT85 which uses a similar system. Have had some trouble with corrosion behind the bulbs which occassionally causes flashers not to work properly. Hope this helps. Brooks

It sounds like the wire to the lite is partially grounding which would heat flasher up quicker as well as explain fuse blowing.Problem may be as posum says and all in the socket.Good luck! lOl

This is a more complex flasher than we are used to on older machines. Do the flasher first for we had a few fail in strange ways. Corrosion in bulb sockets for flashers has occured but shouldn't blow a fuse. Most common problem with lights (not flashers) on these machines is corrosion in lamp assemblies and the ground wire within the lamp laying on extreme hot metal corners. Very hot iron can be caused by poor connection plus the normal heat from high wattage lamps. Insulation surround on wire within socket isn't allways placed properly to portect burn threw of rubber insolation. Best way I have found to isolate lamp in question is unhook the lamps that quite when fuse is blown then hook up one at a time until fuse blows. Best of luck
