You should see a very very very small amount of clean grain in your return.Catch a good handful, all you should find is alot of chaff, a few broken heads and white caps. We have that doopy grain loss monitor in our 83 7720 also. I really don't trust it. It will run just like it should in the middle of the green and then all of the sudden it will surge way to the right and max out. When I look on the ground in those spots I don't find anymore wheat there than I find in areas where the monitor was right in the middle. WW

All i have in my return is clean grain and some light chaff...what should i do

Open the sieve a little and cut back the air some. If you are getting clean grain in the return, you're probably blowing some over. You may have it set pretty close though. How long does it take for the machine to clean out when you are not cutting.

Hey, thanks alot for the reply. Ok which seive are you talking about, bottom or topIJ My air is cranked out all the way running about 780, it is a pre-titanII. Thanks in advance.
