The header, with the gauge wheels off the ground, will never be level because of the extra weight on the left side from the gear case and the knife drive. I use diferential pressure in the air bags to level it in the cutting position, 50psi in the left bag, 30psi in the right one.

If you are running without gauge wheels put more air in your left drive tire and remove a little from the right, that's the way I leveled mine!

I push a button and level the head with my lateral tilt.
