Beaver, Why yes, there is a circuit breaker for those functions. You will find it on the main power distibution board inside the main electonics box. Better double check, but I think it is CB5. What you're looking for is the breaker marked "control power". JJM

Your on the right check there is a breaker in the central electronics box to control those things, but if a breaker is tripping the breaker is doing it's job, you have something somewhere else drawing to much amperage causing the breaker to trip. Possibly a short to ground somewhere.
