I don't know about the serial number but anything from 92 on up will have the larger number. Take care, Nathan

If you can find one and afford it, get a 9410. They are so much better, it's not even funny. They have all the updates such as easier settings, and more lights. We couldn't be happier with ours. If you choose to stay with a 9400, get one later than a 92, before that they had troubles with the crank shafts and gear boxes.

Thanks for the comments, I am having a hard time finding a 92 or newer at a decent price in my area. Of course it is harvest season. I will take a hard look at the 9410. Thanks for the response.
