on our 9500 we only use the filler plates in corn and remove plates for the cerals and beans harvest .that helps alot ,we blow the just out of the clyinder afew times aseason and keep the 2 speedpully on the right side as clean from dust build up as we can .these few things have made are ride in the cab a little smoother

We do the same thing, blow the dust out and take the filler plates out. This works for a while. The owners manual says when vibration happens, to kick the separator on and off a few times. This works for me sometimes.

Might be out of balance. I'm sure its a rasp, so I really don't know much about it. Maybe time for new bars. My driver picked up a piece of firewood that had fell out the pickup of a man cutting firewood. Cost $9600 to put in a new cylinder and concave. Insurance paid for a complete rebuild. That was on a 9600. I vow never to let anyone but me or my guys cut firewood on this farm again after that ordeal.
