A couple years back when I fueled up the 9500, I was sitting on my brains and left the fuel cap off and ran the machine for a while letting fuel spill everywhere, normally a story I don't share but if it may help. Point being fuel got into the fan and all the screens and whatnot up there and of course dust and everything was sticking up there and so we had to tear it all apart and blow it out with the air compressor for what seemed like hours. If you have ever done that, that would more than likely be your problem. Before it was traded off, every since that incident, the machine ran hotter than it should've.
