Combines 9500 lift cylinders slowly going down

Does it drift down with the head onIJ My 92 did the same thing, they told me to put the head on it and that fixed it. But it did not work on my 94. If it still drifts down I believe it is the O ring barrels between your valve stack leaking by. I do not know the part numbers. Hope this helps.

if the head settles in 12-24hrs this is normal.

Vern has probably put you on the right track. I've had the same problem with a 9600. If you can lift the head and it just slowly goes down, the poppet is leaking by. There are 2 different ones, and with out looking at the book, I can't remember which one holds the up side. You can replace either one without taking the stack block apart. Both are accessabile from the side of the block.
