My cab lights kept going out on our 9500. Replaced a breaker up in the engine area under a rubber flap. Its the one below the hyd. oil tank and to the left of the batteries on the floor.
I have a 1994 model 9600 that has the same problem and I changed a breaker in the black box labled cab light and field light and they have worked good since.
