Does your radiator housing door seal have a tear in itIJ, does the rotary screen brussh seal look good and does the seal at the bottom of the housing where the air duct joins together have any problems. You might also have to pull the suction hose off at the precleaner and see if you are getting any suction from the exhaust system to make the cleaner work right. Gg
