Combines 9510 low shaft speed monitor

I don't know how newer combines are but we slow down the clean grain elevator on our 7720 about 50% so it is running on the edge of the alarm and it got pretty agrivating. I noticed that the magnet on the shaft is held on by a similar piece of plastic with no magnet. I got another magnet piece and used it to hold on the other so it has two on the shaft which makes the alarm think all is well. I cannot tell if your machine can have this done but if it can that should at least tell you if something else is the problem. Good luck.

Check the switch above the straw walkers. This switch will bring on the same lamp as the slow speed sensor. Could have something keeping the switch closed.
