Combines 9550 STS

There's been a lot of discussion about it on various boards, but most seem to think that they won't. It would be tough to find any significant cost savings in building a combine with less capacity to justify a lower price. The current STS machines are already built on Deere's narrow chassis, so it might be necessary to develop a completely new structure just for the one model of combine. The additional RandD costs could eat up any savings in materials in a hurry.

The reason I bring this up is because somebody on the ag.com machinery talk forum said JD demoed some in Nebraska. Somebody also said they plan on dropping the 9450.
