We liked the 97 models with the 50th year logos on the side. By then the refinements to the original had been made and they had been tweaked really good. We had a couple of them and they were the best combines we ever owned. Smooth running, no problems in over 2500 hours each. Would really like to find a couple of them low hour and run them again. Our 9750s have WAY too much electrical problems and wear factor is much higher on these machines. Good luck, if you find a reasonable hour 97 model that has gone through a dealers shop it should make you a great machine.
