I,i just repair a flasher problem on a 9600.I buy the shop manual and i can send you by -mail,if you got one adress a small trouble shhoting for your light problem. May be,it is only one of the Bosch relay. Ther are two model for the main board. Type a= 12 Relay Boschand 11 breaker. Type B=13 Bosch relay and 13 breaker. On your board,you can read in top of the relay,witch circuit of light he is delivry the current.Slowly remove the relay and shake it;if you ear something loose in the relay,yopu found the problem.Change the relay for the same number.
