Have you tried checking the rotor balance with no knives installedIJ We've had a few in our place and have had to balance all of them. It appears to me that when the mounting plates are welded on to the center tube that not as much attention is paid to their placement in relation to each other as should be paid. (not exactly mounted 180 degrees across). This requires any weights installed to be split between adjacent mounts in order to average out counterweighting. Hope this is clear.
