Did you try taking out the right set of poly fingers + every other on the left sideIJ At what % grade do you have to start slowing upIJ

Do you have a deep tooth 1-3_8" corn chaffer installedIJ You might also ask JD if you can have them install one of the lateral distributor systems on your combine and test it for them. US patent 5338257 impressed them very much back in Dakota City in 1994 when the Bi-Rotor was demonstrated to them. Why did they buy up the patents if they weren't going to use themIJ It now seems to me, that farmers like you are left with sidehill grain loss and lost income. JD really doesn't have an affordable sidehill shoe compensation system, unless you buy their Sidehill model option for big bucks, ie $40,000 more than levelland machine.

Might want to check your returns, you might be overloading your shoe with good clean grain, try to open your seive and the problem should stop. The chaffer does help but if the sieve can't take the bulk on one side then it will just keep returning.
