Well if you think the 9600 is more reliable than the 9610, then all the trouble with reliability with the 10 series must be in the motor . They sure need a hell of a lot more straw walker area, but that deficency has been with the Johnny since their first self propelled machine. I have had the seive box spat out twice in 1085 sep hours in the 9610, and Deere says no warranty.. it spat out first at 585 hours. There isnt any bushes or bearings that are worn to do this to the box, all it is that the spot welds let go,and then there became a mess..............BOSS
