Combines 9610 shaker pan and frame cracking and disintergrating

Have my 9610 in the shop for winter overhaul. Shaker pan cracked. Deere machanic said this is the third one he has repaired. Machine has 800 hours. We are cutting out the rolled and folded thin metal middle brace and running flat solid metal all the way through. Also replacing 4 shaker arms. I hope this works. Anybody else have any comments or suggestionsIJ

Ours has done the same-Usually because the bearing or the oblong bearing holder. on the pitman arm that moves the shoe is gone.

i own a combine reapir shop. i weld gussets on all the shaker frames. even new ones! JD had pre-engineered life into all of their parts
