do other hyd functions work IJ ex. auger swing etcIJ if not i would say hyd. pump is bad. relief vavle may have failed too. if they work possibly a mechanical failure of the header lift valve.

Not ssure if it's the same but my 9500 had a piece of o-ring or something holding n1 valve open so it would not build pressure

Does your throttle workIJ if it doesn't it's the computer board in the armrest.
