From what I have seen, it shouldn't take much. If you are considering getting corn concaves, consider the loewen one as they are build to last compared to the JD ones.

It is almost identical to the CASEIHC 80 series concave and the failure rate on them is substantial.

Dave, I was told by a Deere Factory Rep that it would take 45 minites to an hour. The concave is lowered fully and two pins are removeded from the rods that hold the adjusting frame. Then bolts are removed from the concave to the frame, a pin on the right side is pulled and the concaves are then pulled out. No need to relevel the concaves since they all mount to the same frame.
