marvin,durum is used for making pasta. it is hard to thrash and hard to clean.at the moment sunlin is the worst to thrash,the straw is like wire and the grain is superglued in the head.our wheat board allows more whiteheads in this variety because it is so hard to tharsh.

Dave. Yes we only had small grain concaves.The loss compared to the 9610, was marginally more.The quality was slightly less cracked,although there was no problem with the 9610 sample,also there were less whiteheads with the 9750.

Did you get the mods done at your dealer this summerIJ Another new program for the engine computer and some sort of valve for the return fuel line to the tank. Have not heard if this is the wonder cure or not.

Put a chip in your 97 you will have the same thing.

The 9750 has one belt driving the alternator, fan, air conditiong compressor. If it goes bad all stop turning, a good chance the engine will overheat. The engine, as it overheats, will derate to lower the horsepower so as not to ruin it. With a chip in it cannot derate and will probably ruin itself. My compressor piled up at 467 engine hours, threw the belt off. luckily I caught the temperature rise before it did any harm. No more chip!
