I took a look at some recent auction prices on 9650 STS machines recently, and I'd have to say that the value on these machines is going downhill along with the value of every other machine on the market. You can estimate a value of about 45% of the original retail selling price after three years of use. I know that there are a lot of guys on here who will say that this is WAY too low, but anyone who has tried to sell a machine recently will vouch for me. If you work a trade in where you get more than this, then your dealer is loading the margin on to your new purchase. In summary, if you can buy one of these machines for $200,000, it will be worth about $90,000 in three years, and will be advertised on a dealer's lot for around $110,000.
