You shouldn't have hardly any return in corn. Open your bottom sieve totally, run your cleaning fan on max, open your chaffer about three quarters and see. I could never run anything over with our 9650 STS's and you shouldn't either with the 97.

i'm running mine at 190-200 rpm's rotor,50-53 concave,fan at 1400,seive on 11 and chaffer on 16. in 100 bu corn poor yr in s.d. no rain and don't throw a thing over. at any speed 5.5mph to 7.5mph . shows only 0-1 bar on rotor and shoe on the vision track. and yes they work. this machine should handle 200 plus at 5.5mph somthing is funnyIJIJ what are your settingsIJIJ
