I visited with Rod at Willmar Farm Center. He had a new 9790 stripped down to check for worn areas and little things that need attention. 2 days before I got there Massey reps were in his shop taking notes. Does your's have Massey rotor rasp bars, or the Gleaner P3 rotor corn rasp barsIJ Rod said the Gleaner bars are too agressive, last year's Massey bars work better. This year he drove around his area demonstrating a new Massey at 1 1_2" clearance he had very little cob breakage (Willmar MN). He also showed me broken louvers at the front of the chaffer. The top fin stiffener was hitting, preventing the chaffer from seating properly in the front channel.
