Hi Colin, We are dealing for a new Claas 900 "Speedstar" (40km_hr box) at the minute and a new disc-mower head for it to cut Wholecrop wheat_tricale_barley_peas.Actually looking at one that is called "Quick-cut" and is manufactuered in New Zealand by an Agri contractor there.Don't know yet if we'll go for the "Profi" or "speedstar" model of Jaguar yet,9880sts is bringing a 7700 over to N.Ireland for demo's in May,I think our 900 will "smoke it" no problems!!!!

Helmut, Yes I knew about Champion headers,but I don't know if they make disc mower type wholecrop headers. (I reckon with the disc's you've better protection from rock damage compared to a sickle type cutting system)I've sent them an e-mail requesting some info,although I still like the "Quick-cut" header,only problem is its built on the other side of the world in New Zealand!!! I would give you a website address for the guy's who make it but I don't think they have one!!
