make sure cob shield is OUT. If there is a curtain over raddle remove it. Make sure beaters are in good repair. Worn cylinder bars will cause this as the stems are not beat to a pulp. Tighten the raddle chain just a little more than specs. Probably the cyl not deboning the stems is the problem as has been my experience. Geez, what a neosexual conotation to give to an old gal Gleaner.

There is a metal shield that hangs down about midway over the raddle should this be removedIJ I think you hit nail (the bean stems) on the head because they are coming out in one piece with most pods still attached. I am using 1 concave on the door now should I put on moreIJ Thanks A2 alot!

yes, I would suggest three. And the curtain usually is tied up in corn and soybeans , down in wheat.

It may be stated AII Which is a little newer than an A and about the size of a K or E3 or maybe EIII, but older.
