I wish I could justify buying that 438 head right now, have K2 with 2 row wide and am sure I will probably upgrade to f2 or f3 in the future, to improve my harvest performance(he-he),till then though it will be two rows at a time.
I'm not an expert, but I believe it is the same head with different mountings. It might be a matter of unbolting the F attatchment and bolting on the M_l. The drive sprockets might have to be changed also. Maybe some of the guys on this site could help us with this questionIJ
I would be very interested in the corn head. Have an F3 and orange belly 438 right now. Transportation would be only problem. I am in West Tn. Could you send me an email and we could try to work out the details. Thanks
