I think I have what you are looking for. I changed a F2 mounted A438 to a M2 mounted A438. let me know what you need and I'll look. I'm located in southern TN. It may be after Thanksgiving before I can look.
JJ, I looked and I have everything you need except for two outer drive shafts. I may have used them in my conversion and you may have them on you head. If you are interested let me know.
