That would be a doable trip.I am located in Oelrichs,SD southwest SD 40 miles north of Chadron,NE. Don't have large budget though.I didn't think a head would change from r-50 to M2 but you said it is an lM head.Has it been modifiedIJ Wil it still fit theM2IJ let me know if you get a price figured out. Thanks

It is an lM head. It has a bish adapter for a R series on it. The only modification it would need is the drive shafts repositioned and the bish adapter taken off. My neighbor has a M2, cousins had a l2, and when looking at those I thought that would be all one would have to do - it looked like a pretty easy job when I compared their headers and combines to our header and how it hooked up. Please send me an email. bclark@oneok.com (work) or becfarms@aol.com (home) The reason we are looking at selling it is that we would just like to have a header that mounts correctly on our machine - this one is offset about 8" or so - pretty tight sometimes w_our combine and the tires we have on it - that and i think i've located a reasonably price hugger head.
