Our 1998 model 2388 has two sets of wires, one set for header lights (flat plug),and the set for the automatic header control (round plug). The cut wires are probably for the flashers. Use a test light to see if that's what they are. I think there are 3 wires, but may only be two. For putting hazzard lights on a header that doesn't have them, I'd just go to a parts store and get some square or round universal orange hazzard lights, drill holes to mount them on the header, and wire them up with a pigtail trailer wiring plug to your combine. It won't look like a factory job, but it could be done with minimal expense.
