Some things to watch for--cracked exhaust manifold--could mean higher than indicated hours--check for damage to All wiring harnesses, esp. behind monitors and behind rt. center hand cab post--loose or worn rivets on base of swivel auger, where black goes to silver; easy to replace but if ignored, you may lose the auger! Also where auger tube base is welded to swivel, prone to cracking if the machine has been driven a lot with auger extended. Some have been known to loose the rear axle, but that would be on 4000 hour plus machines--Small spocket that drives the fan is prone to early wear(gets lots of mud or dirt on it) and the usual point to check on any combine. Orange 4 cyl.engine means an early F2 77 to circa 81--later had black engines. let us know how it goes, you will like the F over the K, about 25percent more capacity. Happy bidding.Ben.
