A set of Gorden Bars and cover plates will fix your threshing problems. You are welcome to phone me for a detailed explanation as to why.

I have some experience in various clovers with the regular af, but none with the afx 8010. My experience is all threshing with a rubber barred seed plate bolted to the concaves. If you dont have these on your modules, and wish to talk about them, the manufacturer of them is Dale Vanderzanden. He's in oregon USA, phone number (503) 647-2470. A description of the plate is, a plate rolled to the radius of the concave(module) and chemically prepped to have a series of rubber (polyeurathane mixtures) bars adhered to it. Once bolted to the concave (module) you raise the concaves untill contact with the rotor bars and simply rub them in to make a perfect match to the rotor. These bars will retard the material a great deal more than metal to metal and yet does it gently enough to use a higher rotor speed which will aid in the seperation once the seed is threshed. I hope that helps some. Maybe it at least gives an option to you if you need it.

He does'nt have an email unfortunatly. He is a one man show, and he also farms. The location is in North Plains. That is about 20 miles west of Portland. Portland is in the north west corner of the state. If you'd like, you can email me and I'll do what ever I can to help. I'm posting my address above. I can take a few pictures of my seed plates and send them to you. And I'd be happy to mail any info I can get ahold of. I'll call him this morning and get a price and availability for anyway. I also happen to live in North Plains and know Dale very well. And also find out any other "tricks" they have found for the 8010 in clovers. There are 11 8010s out of the local dealership now, and rumor has it 2 more just got ordered. Crimson clover, red clover and some white clover are quite common in my area. If you lived in the west side of the state, you allready know that though.

Got lucky and caught him at home. He said the price will be pretty close to $2550.00 US dollars for 4 modules. But, he's having a few problems with the front modules where the crop enters the bars. Because these plates bolt to the concaves(modules),they will have a slight radius difference that has to be addressed. He is reworking the design to allow the crop to "ramp up" before it hits the cross bars. So, he dont have any for sale for the 8010 just yet. And when I told him you are in lithuania, he said he deffinatly wants to get it perfected before he sends something out that far away. Sorry he cant help you with product just yet, but my offer still stands to send pictures and any help I can give you.
