Your dealer should be able to get a copy to loan you. Case is the party responsible for making it impossible to upgrade without going through all the steps so they should be responsible for getting you the required tools. Yeah they are trying to get a copy but that might be kinda hard... I hate how you have to upgrade every single version or if you don't your data won't transfer over... Sorry guys but seriouslyIJIJIJIJ why can't you make it so that the data imports from previous versions everyone else does... i'll email ya...thanks
