We have tilt on a 1688, I don't see why it wouldn't work on yours...Swivel plate on the feederhouse, control box, switch on hydro lever, another electric over hydraulic valve added to the bank to the left of the cab. yes, as valuable as header control...use it in wheat and corn also...wouldn't be as useful with duals on the combine tho.
