Combines AGCO Challenger

I have no idea what implications AGCO's decision to paint MF combines yellow will have for Gleaner but I seriously doubt if they will become lame ducks because ten Gleaners are made for every one MF so I suppose now the red and yellow MF's share will go to one and one half combines produced for every ten Gleaners sold.

First of all, your right it appears that many Cat dealers are excited about this deal. I know our is! Good deal for Cat dealers and Agco manufacturing but I can't see a thing in this for current Agco dealers. As far as combines go...I think that Cat will be getting Agco's new model combine, it will be different than the current 8780XP. Will be a hybrid of Gleaner and Massey.

possibility of the C62 being yeller also. The now being developed class 8 and 9 machines will more than likely be a new machine. Rotor will be in like the MF but with gleaner goodies. The classes under these will still be as is. A few year$ down the road in better time$ determining the date$.
