could be Fiat are bust because the italian government have stoppped subsidising them , rumoured to be because the prime minister wants to buy the car division. So they must be looking to raise cash it is said that the last company who invested in fiat which is GM has just written its investment down from 2.4billion dollars to 200 million dollar. So who knows it may well be that Masseycasenewholland or whatever will be just about the only opposition to the mighty Deere whgich is presently the only Agric machinery co. making money.
