I don't think the GlEANER Website has that capability yet. Actually, the website is really kind of a joke compared to the competitors. This is something that needs to be addressed. I know John Deere has parts available online, not sure about CNH, but pretty sure Gleaner doesn't. Good luck!

I think this is a great point about having access to AGCO parts pages available on the AGCO web page. Ironically I just had a conversation with Glen Kramer who is in licensed merchandise (part of the parts operation) where I strongly suggested that parts pages be available to customers on web pages as the competitors are doing. Please call him at 630 406-3391 and suggest this, while he may not have direct input, he could point us to the right person. This should be included in the new -badly needed- web page. Maybe large numbers of input can force change.

i happen to be on the dealer parts consol for one more year.. it has been most of the dealers opinion that this is needed to serve the customer better. such as what happened with agco going to the dealer spider network 3 years ago..however i think it is important to discuss this with the dealer principal and parts man on what a service this could be to you the customer....unfortunately we still have dealers who will not load their current parts inventory on agcos spider system or fight till their blue .that the customer having access to parts info will spell doom for the dealer network..the panel however at this time is pushing for open cds to all agco dealersas well as making epsilon available to the customers.. it has to be reviewed at this time to see what conflicts it poses on franchise restrictions. very few agco dealers can sell parts for all of agco contracts.such as only one gleaner dealer in an area or one massey dealer in an area.also one of the most important missions of epsilon is to give dealers more current and up to date information on equipment. i strongly feel the information we have to work with now with all the different serial numbers, updates.and very undetailed parts information would lead to alot of confusion and parts ordered in error.this happens enough now even with an experienced parts men at most dealerships. these areas need to be adressed before the can of worms is open!!! we are really pressing hard on epsilon and this issue.and the panel members are behind it!! sorry this is so long but talk to your dealer please... thanks tom

Sound like a good idea to have access to parts on line. I have a parts book, but the online would save that expense. Also, my parts book is for a 94 R62 and we just bought a used 96 R62, so my parts book is good only for the 94 model. Dealers don't hav to worry as they will be where the parts come in. The online would allow us to search for the local dealer who has the part on hand and cut out a lot of driving and down time.

I think the online parts catalog would be a great idea. Just looks at what john deere has did with thiers. Mostly run jd and with the parts catalog online not only do you find the parts you need you but also you get the prices. I just love that because i dont have to call the dealer or spend time driving there and asking a million questions, and with some on the parts people its alot easier to do it yourself. just my 2 cents
