I know it is expensive, but SMS is miles in front when it comes to compatability with other systems and ease to use. little pain now could mean a lot less heartache in the future. We also have just fitted a 3000 into our machine and used a older version of sms, (v 4 I think) and found it very good. Cheers Bundy.

I also run ag leaders with sms basic software and it is easy to use. To get more in depth with costs of as applied maps and etc. I was wondering for the cost is sms advanced as good as JD office and what are the advantages and disadvantages to bothIJ I thought that if a person had ag leader monitors and used JD office he would have best of both world's. Does a person go into setup and set up all farms and fields just like if you were running greenstar or fill in the info when you download for the first timeIJ A lot of questions because I do not want to get to far down the road and have to abandon idea after a lot of effort. Any suggestions are welcomed.

I am right with you-only I just got the older Agleader 2000. I would like to have gotten Agleader software but only farming a little bit of ground I couldn't justify it. I ended up getting JD Office and the Agleader interface.
