Big George,I am having the same trouble,I`ve only run the air jet for one day in soybeans and noticed the problem, then light rain forced me back to corn. While shelling corn I remembered that my chopper was in the slow rpm setting, stationery teeth removed and pan in lowest position.I`m now thinking that bean straw from the rotor was being dumped on the rear of the chaffer more or less causing a damming effect on the rear of the chaffer. When I go back to beans I will put chopper in fast position, raise pan,and reinstall teeth and blast straw clear of the chaffer.Maybe this will allow the air jet to stay clean. This theory works in my head, who knows if it will in practice! let us know what you find. Marvin Gordon, Any ideasIJ Thanks
