Combines alarm not working

Beans are a particular problem for these sensors. It is easy to get some pushed up under the sensor switch arm so that it can not move to the closed position when full. If this is your problem, you merely have to get them out of the sensor. It'll then work until they do it again.

How about turning your head 180 degrees at the end of each roundIJ

Thanks for the info, but i have checked everything. And it keeps not working. It has done this before in corn, and have run it over 50,000 times. The sesoo is working and the bulb iss ok.The funny thing is, yesterday i was picking beans and it was a little windy. The dinger went off plenty of times.Any more help would be appreciated.

If you have a bin extension on the machine I found that they usually do not lengthen the wire on the sensor. They just remount the sensor up higher on the bin extension. Try cutting a 12" - 24" piece of wire and splicing it into the wire. Tape it well and fasten it with clamps or zip ties so the crop does not pull it down. This helped fix my problems.

I had the same problem with my 2366. It has the bin exstension and with beans it can be a real problem with beans they will roll under the flap and will not go off. All I did was bend the sensor in a more vertical position and that solved the problem. Good luck! Where would you be located if your still doing beansIJ We just had our first major snow storm, many local roads are closed. Will make it very interesting finishing corn harvest most corn that is out there is totally flat!!!

turn key switch on and turn on feeder switch, go up above and see if it works when you activate tank switch. if it does do what other post told you on bracket. two arms on bracket is better than one. and spacers between the bracket and sender works good too. the flapper of the switch can not be close to bin ext. beans and corn will get behind it and hold it off.
