Combines an answer for Forever Red

that would be set up as a rochelle on an afx. has anyone run this way in green stem beans, was told by company that this would not work well.

We ran the AFX rotor, which is a Rochelle rotor w_ the auger on the front, in 18% green stem beans and were amazed at the speed it would take them w_o a problem. It took them thru so easily that that is the reason we ran 18% beans. It fooled us. Only did a load before we got them tested. However, if you did get it to pull down somewhat you had no warning before it plugged. Now we have not plugged a rotor in 20 yrs. Knew something was not right. lo and behold 2 da. later they came out and replaced the rotor cam. Made a world of difference. It let the rotor pull like it is supposed to. '03 2388

thsnks for the respons. i was rold it is not rochelle unless it has 8 straight bars on it. we installed 3 afx rotors and sold 6 03 2388 . had great feedback. now if only we could get good feedback on the air fans. suppose to be something coming to fix later.
