You might try Creem. I've seen it at motorcycle shops. It's a product used to clean and seal gas tanks. Not sure how many quarts you'd need, but it's supposed to work well. Other idea would be to get a poly tank that might fit. Just make sure it's not near anything really hot. Otherwise, you might get a used tank, or have one fabricated by a sheetmetal shop. Jeremy
