Yes I have. They are all talk. I tried for over a month trying to contact them. They will not return e-mail, telephone calls or letters. By the time they sent me any info on their company I had bought a new sts. This was not in season either. Worst customer service I've ever seen. It was over 90 days before I ever heard from them. When I spoke to them they talk the talk but don't walk the walk. I spoke to them at the national farm show......... Can you imagine getting a machine delivered on time let alone serviced. Just my experiance, but I would never recommend them.

Very early this year I asked them for a combine. That was probably in February or so. They told me they were booked for the year. I guess by the time you have an idea about your crop planting you can't get a combine anymore. I also tried to post some ads. Didn't work well. No answer on emails either.

I have had a machinerylink combine for 2 years now. Their combine has always been here plenty early and the service has been good. The service really depends on your local dealer, as they use them for serviceing the combine while you have it. I use the machine to harvest wheat. I am guaranteed a combine for 60 days. The machine will not be over 3 years old or have over 1400 hours. There is a check in to your farm, so if you find something that needs fixed when the combine arrives then you don't have to accept it until it is fixed. I've had good luck with them.
