We've got a 30 foot flex head, with terrain tracer on the flex head and on the tr 99. But, I've ended up using the flex head on the tx 66, and running the tr in other crops. I do plan on using the tr for soybeans, though.
I think you will like how a rotary combine handles soys. I have run different walkers in soybeans and i still like the way the rotor harvests them. As for the 30ft head, as long as you dont have steep grades in your fields you should do fine. Once or twice a season i will run the sickle bars into a slight hill, if you do that just take the time and stop to look over the head and make sure no rocks are on the head.
