First remember all bushings and bearings are brand new. Even the side rail needle bearings have been updated to 2388 spec's. The drive shaft behind the big pulley is a hex shaft. The bearings are hex and suppose to fit tight on the shaft, ours in "new" condition had play. We used some shimm stock to take out the play between the bearing and the shaft, had to lightly drive bearings on with the shimm stock in place. Every hex shaft_bearing combo was done. Seemed to work for me, machine is running very quite now and smooth. Have 1500 hrs on rotor.
