You'd quite fancy a low houred axial flow then mate. Are they few and far between in your neck of the woodsIJ

That 1688 will sure be the prize but don't forget about the 91 1680 with only 15 or 1600 hrs. That machine would cut a lot of bushels for the money it will probably bring.

More like non-existant. We run a 1440 with 4000hrs and a 1660 with 7000hrs, as well as some other stuff. Very few of the 1644, -66 and -88 series made it here, don't know why, but it seems most dealers just stopped selling combines after the 1640-60-80 time and then got back into the game when the 2100-series came out. To give you an idea, in a 60km radius from my home, there are about 40 Axial Flows, of which two are 1644's. The others are all the previous series or 2188_2388's. Even the later 1600-series are scarce. Of the 40 I mentioned, I'd say about 15 are 1400-series and 20 are 2188 or 2388.

It probably depends on the farm economy in that area. I live in Oklahoma so I'm not going to the sale. Maybe $65000-$70000 with headerIJ Just a guess, what do you thinkIJ

Was hoping at least $10 to $15,000 less than that. We are still in a drought here with last years crops a dud. This years wheat looks ok now but we have no subsoil moisture and have not had any winter moisture. Thanks for the response.
