ok, thanks, I have already put an extension on it years ago but its only about 6 inches higher than the cab, I guess the auger is the most important issue as of now.
Rhode, Check with your Maurer dealer. He sells both the bin and auger ext. The auger has 2 options; a 36" ext. and an 30" to 36" elbow type ext on the end of the auger (similar to what the Cat combine has). Both are made by Stewart-Steel, a Canadian Co. We have both, they are well made and they do the job.
